Shawn's massage skills are second to none. I have visited multiple RMT’s and Shawn’s massage gets the knots out better than them all. My back was severely injured in an accident and I was going through my ICBC claim I would not have been able to get through my rehabilitation without seeing Shawn weekly. She uses her hands and elbows skillfully they eased the extreme tightness in my back. Needless to say, I was shocked and immensely disappointed when she informed me that she would be leaving the lower mainland to go back to Alberta. Whatever city she ends up in will be getting a top notch massage therapist. For the sake of my back, I hope one day that she decides to move back to BC.

In addition to that, I'm also a competitive powerlifter with a lot of knots, muscle imbalances and have suffered through a couple back injuries. Shawn has been the only person to address all these issues and even shared a few stretches to work on when she's not around. I usually prefer massages with a decent amount of pressure but if I am extremely tight, I may ask for less pressure. Shawn is able to accommodate each and every time. I'm almost always sore the following day after her massages but all the knots and kinks are gone. What I like most is how passionate she is about her career. You can tell she really enjoys her work and it shows in her massages. Shawn will be my go-to massage therapist for many more years
